Privacy Policy

The Eating Out Guide is operated by Victor Tejada, doing business as Tejada Performance. It is a private app for Tejada Performance coaching clients.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, nutrition category, the restaurant requests you send, and sign-in activity. All of it is provided by you, or by Vic on your behalf when he sets up your account.

We use this information to provide the Eating Out Guide app, to show you the right ordering guide for your category, and to send account notifications by email and SMS. Those notifications are a confirmation when you send a request, and a text when a guide you requested is ready.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored with Supabase. Email is sent through Resend and SMS through Twilio. Each of these providers handles your information solely to deliver the service.

You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time by emailing victortejada0317@gmail.com.

Questions about this policy can be sent to victortejada0317@gmail.com.
